Dr. Renata Chalfin is excited to announce that she will be joining the Neurology Offices of South Florida, part of First Choice Neurology, starting March 3, 2025. The new office is conveniently located on the West Boca Medical Center campus at:

     Dr. Chalfin will continue seeing patients at her current office until February 26, 2025. After that date, all appointments will be transferred to the new location. This transition will allow Dr. Chalfin to accept most major insurance plans in addition to Medicare, making her care more accessible to patients. Please note that Humana and CarePlus insurances will not be accepted at the new practice. Patients with these plans are encouraged to contact their primary care physician or insurance provider for assistance in finding a new neurologist.
